The Rab Veil XP 20L Running Pack combines Rab’s Veil running vest with a waterproof backpack for multi-day mountain running and fastpacking. As the smaller of the two Veil XP Packs, this 20L backpack best serves the most minimalist-minded multi-day mountain runners. The Rab Veil XP 30L Running Pack provides the performance of a running vest with a waterproof backpack built for multi-day mountain runs. As the larger of the two Veil XP Packs, this 30L backpack is the maximum capacity construction for fastpacking.

Rab made the pack out of siliconized ripstop and fully taped seams for ruggedly reliable waterproof protection, and the roll-top closure further enhances the pack’s weather coverage. With a double sternum strap, the wider shoulder straps feel more like a running vest than a backpack, and they have multiple pockets for soft flasks and more. The back panel is mostly mesh for moisture-wicking, quick-drying comfort, and the webbing belt boasts laser-cut ventilation that dials in airy comfort as well as a secure fit.
